Program for athletes in testing pools


Topics:

  • types of testing pools;
  • the basics of work in the ADAMS;
  • procedure of providing whereabouts information;
  • typical whereabouts filing failures;
  • results management in case of whereabouts failures;
  • responsibilities of athletes under the Code and consequences of whereabouts failures.

Learning objectives:

  • by the end of the program participants will know and understand the requirements for whereabouts submission and their responsibility for whereabouts failures;
  • by the end of the program participants will be able to file the quarter with whereabouts information;
  • by the end of the program participants will be able to use available supportive tools provided by ADAMS team and RUSADA.

Education activities:

  • eLearning: RUSADA online anti-doping course;
  • RUSADA webinar for Testing Pools;
  • Communication campaign for notifications and alerts.

Monitoring and evaluation process:

  • monitor who has completed eLearning courses;
  • evaluate learning following education activities;
  • collect feedback on the participants’ experience;
  • take into account feedback from RUSADA Testing department + monitor whereabouts filling failures.

Please note:

  • the certificate is valid for two calendar years from the date of issue;
  • the certificate in electronic form is sent to the participant's email address specified by him when registering for the webinar;
  • the certificate is generated automatically after participating in the webinar if there is a valid certificate of RUSADA online course;
  • if the valid certificate of RUSADA online course is received after participating in RUSADA webinar for athletes in testing pools, the date of issue of the certificate coincides with the date of receipt of the valid certificate of RUSADA online course;
  • the certificate of RUSADA program for athletes in testing pools cannot be a substitute for the certificate of RUSADA online course.

 

Program for athletes returning after sanctions


Topics:

  • documents regulating anti-doping;
  • types of anti-doping rules violations;
  • results management;
  • responsibility for ant-doping rules violations;
  •  relevant updates in the area of anti-doping (if any).

Learning objectives:

  • by the end of the program participants will be aware of acting anti-doping rules and current instruments for checking medications, requesting a TUE, providing whereabouts, speaking up, as well as relevant updates in the area of anti-doping (if any).

Education activities:

  • eLearning: RUSADA online anti-doping course;
  • RUSADA webinar for athletes returning from a sanction.

Monitoring and evaluation process:

  • monitor who has completed eLearning courses;
  • evaluate learning following education activities;
  • collect feedback on the participants’ experience.

  • the certificate issued as a result of the program confirms participation in the program and has no expiration date;
  • the certificate in electronic form is sent to the participant's email address specified by him when registering for the webinar;

Learning objectives:

·        by the end of the program participants will understand the restrictions during their period of ineligibility and be aware of their rights;

·        by the end of the program participants will understand the procedure of returning in sports after the sanction.

 

Education activities:

·        RUSADA webinar for disqualified athletes;

·        сcommunication campaign with the use of RUSADA leaflet for disqualified athletes.

Monitoring and evaluation process:

·        evaluate learning following education activities;

·        take into account feedback from RUSADA Result Management department;

·        collect feedback on the participants’ experience;

·        monitor the number of the leaflet’s downloads on the website.

·        communication and social media campaign in cooperation with the Russian

School Movement (information provision and awareness raising);
