RUSADA draws your attention that, according to the comments to Article 2.10 of the World Anti-Doping Code, athletes and other persons must not work with coaches, trainers, physicians or other athlete support personnel who are ineligible on account of an anti-doping rule violation or who have been criminally convicted or professionally disciplined in relation to doping. Violation of this requirement may result in imposing ineligibility of up to 2 years..
On September 30, 2024 the National Center for Sports Arbitration rendered a decision against athlete Motlokh Sofia (taekwondo) for violation under cl. 4.1 and cl. 4.2 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules.
Commission on preliminary consideration of anti-doping rules violations of RAA RUSADA rendered the decision that made athlete Ryabov Daniil (rugby) ineligible for 4 years for violation under cl. 4.1 and cl. 4.2 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, starting on the date of the decision, namely on October 4, 2024, with credit for the served period of provisional suspension, namely from July 26, 2024.
Disciplinary Anti-Doping Committee of RAA RUSADA rendered the decision that made athlete Dzhankhotov Ramzan (weightlifting) ineligible for 14 months for violation under cl. 4.1 and cl. 4.2 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, starting on the date of the decision, namely on August 22, 2024, with credit for the served period of provisional suspension, namely from August 9, 2023.
