On January 24, 2020 RUSADA held an annual informational and educational seminar for media.
The purpose of the seminar is to obtain relevant information on anti-doping policies at the international level and in Russia, the activities of RUSADA, interesting facts over the past year.
Speakers were: RUSADA Director General Yuri Ganus and Deputy General Director Margarita Pakhnotskaya.
The main topic of the seminar was the updated World Anti-Doping Code 2021 and International Standards, which will change in a year.
In addition, media representatives participated in the interactive antidoping quiz “Play True”. The quiz was developed by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and is held for educational purposes at major sporting events around the world.
The winner of the quiz, which was Ildar Satdinov (MIA “Russia Today”), answered the questions correctly and quickly, was marked a diploma.
Another award was received by Starodubtsev Albert (TASS), who didn’t miss a single anti-doping educational seminar, he was marked a diploma as the most educated journalist.
