On January 16, 2025 the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS, Lausanne, Switzerland) delivered an arbitral award that the appeal filed by RUSADA against the decision of the Disciplinary Anti-Doping Committee of RUSADA dated September 29, 2022 rendered in relation to athlete Zhabbarova Valeriya (biathlon) is inadmissible.
